The terms for using your personal streaming player.
1. About Streamfinitytv
Streamfinitytv operates this personal IPTV player. We provide software for organising and playing sources you connect. We do not sell TV subscriptions, provide channels or grant rights to any programme. For questions about these terms, contact contact@streamfinitytv.app.
2. Your account and playlists
Provide accurate account information and keep account and provider credentials private. Only add playlists, files and streams that you are authorised to access. Your provider’s subscription, device limits and content terms continue to apply.
3. Using the player
You may use the player for lawful personal viewing, subject to the permissions from your content provider. Do not redistribute streams, share access without permission, bypass access restrictions, interfere with the service or use the player to infringe another person’s rights.
4. Providers and availability
Catalogue information, stream quality, subtitles, artwork and availability depend on your provider, device and connection. A connected playlist is not a guarantee that every item can play. Streamfinitytv does not control third-party content or guarantee uninterrupted availability.
5. Your information
The Privacy Policy explains the information processed to operate your account and library. The Cookies & Storage Policy describes sign-in cookies and settings stored on your device. Connecting a source permits the requests needed to import its catalogue and play the items you choose.
6. Leaving the platform
You can remove a playlist in My Playlists and delete your account data in Account. Removing a playlist from this app does not cancel a subscription with its provider. Access may be restricted when necessary to address misuse or protect the service; contact us if you believe a restriction is incorrect.
7. Updates and your rights
We may update these terms as the player changes. The revision date identifies this version; material changes will be brought to users’ attention before they apply. These terms do not exclude rights or protections that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
