THE STREAMFINITYTV GUIDE
Connect. Settle in.
Press play.
A practical guide to your playlist, library and player.
How to connect a playlist
Open playlist login and select the method that matches your provider’s details. On the hosted player, sign in to your player account to save a source. A player account and a provider subscription are separate.
Xtream Codes
- Choose Xtream Codes and give your playlist a recognisable name.
- Enter the server address, username and password supplied by your provider. Use HTTPS where available.
- Select Test connection, then Connect playlist. Wait for the import to finish before opening your library.
M3U URL
Choose M3U URL, name the playlist and paste your provider’s playlist link. Test the connection and connect it. Treat that link like a password; it may contain private credentials.
M3U file
Choose M3U file and select your playlist from your device. The file must contain valid media entries. Connecting a file does not make unavailable or expired streams work.
When a connection fails
Check the exact server address and credentials with your provider, confirm the subscription is active and review device or simultaneous-stream limits. Use the player’s retry controls for a temporary failure. Never post a private playlist link in a support message.
Playback, audio and subtitles
Choose a movie or series episode to open the full-page player, then use the fullscreen action if you want it to fill the display. Live TV plays within its channel layout.
Find subtitle and audio tracks
Open Audio & subtitles in the player. The player checks tracks exposed by the browser, the stream and provider metadata; supported embedded tracks can also be scanned. Choose a real available language. Some formats, bitmap subtitles or codecs may not be supported on your device.
Add your own subtitle file
Use the subtitle-file option to select an SRT or WebVTT file, up to 2 MB. The file needs to match your video’s timing. External subtitle-service searches are not enabled. If a scan temporarily fails, use Retry rather than assuming that the movie has no tracks.
Programme guides and history
The TV guide depends on programme data supplied by your source. Continue Watching and Recently Watched appear after you have viewing history. Favourites and progress are associated with your selected profile.
Your sources stay yours.
Your private library, watch history and account pages are not public search pages. Provider connection details are encrypted on the library server, and viewing requires an authorised account. Search-engine controls are an additional indexing measure, not a replacement for authentication.
You can remove a playlist in My Playlists or delete your account and library data. Read the Privacy Policy and Cookies & Storage Policy for how information is processed.
Frequently asked questions
What is streamfinitytv?
streamfinitytv is a personal IPTV player for organising and playing your own provider's live channels, movies and series. It does not sell TV subscriptions or supply a channel library.
How do I connect my playlist?
Choose Xtream Codes to enter a server address, username and password; M3U URL to paste a playlist link; or M3U file to upload a playlist from your device. Use a source you are authorised to access.
Which devices can I use?
The web player runs in a modern browser. Windows and Android builds are prepared for testing. The Android app is not yet publicly available on Google Play, and the iOS app is not yet available on the App Store. Playback and codec support vary by device.
Does the player include subtitles and audio tracks?
The player can discover tracks supplied by the video or provider and supports importing SRT and WebVTT subtitle files. Available tracks and browser playback support depend on the source, format and device. It does not search external subtitle services.
Does streamfinitytv include channels or a subscription?
No TV channels or content subscription are included. You connect your own authorised source. No player subscription is enabled in the current release. Any future player plan will be described before purchase.
Can I delete my account and library?
Yes. Sign in, open Account and use Delete account data, or submit an account deletion request on the public Delete account page. Deleting the player account does not cancel your provider subscription.
Still need a hand?
Contact support for connection or account questions, or report a playback or content problem. Include the device and a short description. Never include provider passwords or private stream URLs.
